JT Draper and Nate Spenser

Sunday, June 5, 2022  11:00 am SUNDAY BRUNCH

Please bring your favorite brunchy foods to share!

J.T. Draper has performed constantly around the Salt Lake Valley atvarious clubs, restaurants, and other venues in various musical configurations. He is known for his intricate guitar playing, soulful harmonica, and baritone voice. Fans often think of him as a blues musician, but in reality, his influences are much more varied. It’s true that the bedrock of his style reaches back to prewar acoustic blues of Robert Johnson, Son House, Skip James, Blind Willie McTell and others, but careful listeners will hear the history of a previous century’s music in his songs. The influences of Dylan, Townes Van Zandt and Leonard Cohen are especially present, along with traditional country, Memphis soul, and—of course—rock and roll.

Nathan Spenser is a Salt Lake original, rolling out his own brand of Intermountain West Brown-Eyed Soul Music.  Drawing inspiration from the "Golden Era" of 50's and 60's Rock & Roll as well as weaving the styles of Pop, R&B, Country, and Blues, Nate has evolved his own signature sound.  Nate's performance is a blend of original songs he has become recognized for in the region, such as "Devil In Blue Jeans" "Bartender Blues” "Great Basin Drive” and "Ballad Of A Gypsy & The Ramblin' Man" as well as classic hits by his favorite artists, spanning the decades.

On Sunday June 5th at Haglund Ranch, this dynamic duo will be joining forces in song and styling. Sure to be a brunch you won't want to miss this Summer.
